  • The downspout located on the NW back entrance was extended
  • Signage – repair broken signs and added a new no trespassing sign
  • Generator training, posted instructions, based on meeting with Gen-Tech the HOA is going to enter into a service agreement

 

Hospitality Committee Report

  • No HOA planned events until May with the free dumpster
  • Some homeowners gather on their own for activities
