President Opening Comments – Patricia Stelter, President

 

The following is a brief overall review of Board accomplishments for 2022.

 

Homeowners received a 2021 Year-End Letter with financial information.

Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaners cleaned the building carpets in January.

In March, the State inspected the building boiler.

In March, MEI inspected the elevator for the 5-Year Elevator State Inspection regulations.

ASR completed the balcony restoration project in April.

Paint Denver painted the carport, back shed, and pool fence in mid-May.

Mid-May, the HOA contracted with Summit Trash and Recycling.

The HOA sponsored a Spring Dumpster Roll-Off Event in early May.

The Board started posting HOA vendor contracts on the website in April.

Thirty homeowners and residents provided the HOA email addresses to be notified of HOA items quickly.

The Maintenance and Hospitality Committees resumed activities in January.

The HOA sold extra furniture in the community room.

 

No Balcony Flooring Clarification: Tile, carpet, rugs, etc.

Maintenance Committee Report

·       Carport painting project.

·       Boiler and generator tracking.

 

Hospitality Committee Report

·       No HOA planned events.

·       Interviewing Property Management Companies.

·       Negotiation of a new pool services contract is in progress.

·       Dogs are still on front lawn.  HOA has posted no trespassing and private property.

·       Geese on swimming pool tarp.  HOA is working to shoo the geese onward.
